Constitution; a copy of this constitution is contained in United States Charters and Constitutions, Part II, p. 1203, where it is said: "This constitution was framed by the territorial legislature . . . It was submitted to the people at an election held June 21, 1866 and ratified . . . A condition subsequently imposed by congress was accepted by the legislature in 1867, and made a part of the organic law."

Constitution; a copy of this constitution is contained in United States Charters and Constitutions, Part II, p. 1214, where it appears that the same was framed by a convention which met at Lincoln. It was submitted to the people and ratified, Oct. 12, 1875.
