1. COUNTY SUPERINTENDENT'S OFFICIAL DESCRIPTION BOOK. This book contains quadruple township sectional maps for every township in the county; also giving a plat and the complete boundary-line description of each school district in the county, as well as a separate plat and description of each and every change of boundary lines.

2. THE COUNTY SUPERINTENDENT'S OFFICIAL REGISTER.

This book contains forms for a complete historical, statistical and financial record of every school district in the county, and enables the County Superintendent at a glance to determine the condition of any one or all of the school districts.

3. THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK.

This book contains forms which exhibit the history, the statistical and financial condition of the district for forty years, at a glance. The forms are easily understood, kept with little labor, and conform exactly to the forms of the County and State Superintendent.

4. THE DISTRICT TREASURER'S OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK.

This book contains forms for a simple and complete record of all the financial transactions of the school district, and also forms for a condensed financial report to the annual school meeting, as required by law. It contains forms for exhibiting at a glance the comparative financial condition of the district for forty years.

5. THE TEACHER'S SCHOOL AND CLASS REGISTER.

This book is arranged on a new plan, and contains forms for attendance and deportme..t, and scholarship in each study pursued in the school, with a term summary for the same. It contains forms for grading district schools, and for the Teacher's complete report to the District Clerk, as required by law. The book can be used for attendance and deportment only, or simply as a class register, in a graded school, without the least inconvenience.

This book is made in first-class style. Books numbered 3, 4, 5 and 6 constitute a complete set for a school district, as provided by law.
