A copy of this constitution is contained in United States Charters

and Constitutions, Part II, p. 1465, where it appears that the same was framed by a convention which assembled at Columbus, May 6, 1850, and adjourned on account of cholera, to reassemble at Cincinnati, Dec. 2. It was submitted to the people

and ratified in 1851. As amended to Jan. 1, 1910. Published by secretary of state. 32 p. 8°.
