Nov. 1, 1802. (Called the] “ First Constitutional Convention.”

(Contained in Ohio exec. doc. 1876, Part II, p. 459.) Constitution; prefixed to laws of 3d assembly, 1st session, Dec. 3,

1801. A copy of this constitution is contained in United States Charters

and Constitutions, Part II, p. 1455, where it is said that “this constitution was framed by a convention which assembled at Chillicothe, Nov. 1, 1802 ... It was not submitted to the people for ratification."
