Do you desire to be all that you can be in the ministry? Have you ever wondered if it is possible to effectively balance family, ministry and work? Whether single or married, whether a potential, emerging or well-seasoned minister, God desires that we rise above mediocrity and be successful in all relationships and in every area of life. In this outstanding book, Thomas offers practical tips and real life examples of how to live in victory inside and outside of the church as a ministerial leader. He addresses those tough character issues that many in the ministry have struggled with but may have been afraid to address. This insightful book will encourage, yet also challenge all to rise to higher levels in the development of inner character. God desires excellence in our conduct in the church, but also at home and in public settings - beyond the pulpit, beyond the church.
