More than ten millions of volumes of School Books are annually published in the United States, recognizing Webster as their general standard of orthography, while not a single school book publishing house in the country, as far as we are aware, has ever publicly recognized any other Dictionary than Webster as its standard of orthography, with the single exception of the publishers of another Dictionary. While in Etymology.
