Armorial Bearings of the University. These are borne in virtue of a Matriculation at the Lyon Office, dated 26th September, 1888. The correct heraldic blazon is as follows: QUARTERLY First, Azure, a Bough pot Or charged with three salmon fishes in fret Second, Argent, a chief paly of six Or and Gules; (for Keith, Earl Third, Argent, a cheveron Sable between three boars' heads erased Gules Fourth, Gules, a tower triple-towered Argent masoned Sable windows and port of the last; (for Aberdeen).
