FEBRUARY 28, 1913. Resolved, That the Chief Clerk be authorized to bring down to the close of the Sixty-second Congress he digest of the precedents and decisions on points of order in the parliamentary practice of the Senate, with a full index, and that 1,000 copies be printed and bound for the use of the Senate.
