payable in three annual instalments as follows: One instalment of Eight Guineas and two instalments of Seven Guineas each. This fee admits to eight Courses. If the Degree of M.A. has already been taken in the University of Aberdeen, the Inclusive Fee in connection with the LL.B. Degree is Twenty Guineas, payable in two annual instalments of Ten Guineas, and admitting to six Courses. Faculty of Medicine. 1. The Inclusive Fee for instruction within the University leading to the M.B. and Ch. B. Degrees is Ninety Guineas, payable as follows: In each of the first four years of the curriculum, Twenty Guineas, and in the fifth year, Ten Guineas. This Fee admits to not more than thirty Courses. 2. A Student who has paid one or more of the annual instalments of the Inclusive Fee at another Scottish University and completes his curriculum in the University of Aberdeen, shall be required to pay the remainder of the annual instalments to the latter University, and shall in respect of such payment be entitled to attend such further courses therein as, with those already attended in the other University, shall make up the stated number; Provided always that the amount of at least two annual instalments shall have been paid to the University of Aberdeen, and that before he receives his Degrees he shall present evidence that he has paid in all an amount equal to the Inclusive Fee. 3. A Student, whose attendance elsewhere than at a Scottish University on courses of instruction in all the subjects of the First Division of the Professional Examination has been accepted by the Senatus as qualifying for graduation, shall be entitled to a deduction of Twenty-five Guineas from the Inclusive Fee, and a Student, whose attendance on courses of instruction in all the subjects of the First and Second Divisions of the Professional Examination has been so accepted, shall be entitled to a deduction of Fifty Guineas from the Inclusive Fee. 4. Except for special reasons shown, a Student will not be allowed to include in the permitted number of courses a second attendance on any course unless he produces evidence of having, on his previous enrolment in the class, given regular attendance and duly performed the work thereof. 5. A Student, who takes out one of the additional courses not required for graduation, but fails, without adequate cause, to obtain a certificate of regular attendance and due performance of the class work, may be required to pay the ordinary fee for that class. A Student desiring to attend, as an Additional Course, any course in the University other than those mentioned above, should apply to the Senatus through the Dean of the Medical Faculty. The Inclusive Fee for the Degrees of M.A., M.B., and Ch.B. taken together is One Hundred and Ten Guineas, payable in seven annual instalments as follows: One of Ten Guineas, four of Twenty Guineas and two of Ten Guineas. The Inclusive Fee admits to thirty-seven Graduating Courses. Science and Medicine. The Inclusive Fee for the Degrees of B.Sc., M.B., and Ch. B. taken together is One Hundred and Twenty Guineas, payable in six annual instalments as follows: One of Twenty Guineas, two of Twenty-five Guineas, two of Twenty Guineas, and one of Ten Guineas. The Inclusive Fee admits to thirty-seven Graduating Courses. Arts, Science, and Medicine. The Inclusive Fee for the Degrees of M.A., B.Sc., M.B., and Ch. B. taken together is One Hundred and Forty Guineas, payable in eight annual instalments as follows: Two of Fifteen Guineas, five of Twenty Guineas, and one of Ten Guineas. The Inclusive Fee admits to forty-two Graduating Courses. N.B.-In the event of any doubt arising as to the meaning or intention of any of the foregoing Regulations, it shall be decided by the University Court on report from the Senatus, and such decision shall be final. 1.
