the state finance law as amended by chapter of the laws of 1992, to the municipal assistance corporation for the city of New York, to the extent required to comply with agreements between such corporation and the holders of its notes and bonds and for the corporate purposes of such

such corporation, and, to the extent not required by such corporation for such purposes, to the city of New York, subject to the following limitations: i) that the first $0 not required by such corporation be refunded to the state of New York pursuant to a chapter of the laws of 1992; ii) that the amounts paid from this appropriation to such corporation and such city shall constitute the complete liquidation of the state's obligation for such purposes pursuant to section 54 of the state finance law; and iii) that in no event shall the maximum amount to be paid pursuant to this appropriation exceed the total revenues deposited in the municipal assistance state aid fund pursuant to the provisions of section 92-e of the state finance law

§ 7. Section 2 of chapter 53 of the laws of 1992, enacting the aid to localities budget, is amended by repealing the items hereinbelow set forth in brackets and by adding to such section the other items italicized in this section,

§ 2. The several amounts named herein, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to accomplish the purpose designated, being the unexpended balances of the prior year's appropriations, are hereby reappropriated from the same funds and made available for the

purposes the prior year's appropriations, unless herein amended, for the fiscal year beginning April 1,

1992. Some reappropriations in this section have been increased or decreased to more properly reflect legislative priorities. Certain reappropriations

in this section are shown using abbreviated text, with leader dots ... used to indicate where exisiting law that is being continued is not shown. However, unless a change is clearly indicated by the use of brackets [ ] for deletions and italics for additions, the purposes, amounts, funding source and all other aspects pertinent to each item of appropriation shall be as last appropriated.

For the purpose of complying with the state finance law, the year, chapter and section of the last act reappropriating a former original appropriation
