CHAPTER 793 AN ACT to amend chapter 50 of the laws of 1992, enacting the state operations budget; chapter 52 of the laws of 1992, enacting the state debt budget; chapter 53 of the laws of 1992, enacting the aid to localities budget; chapter 54 of the laws of 1992, enacting the capital projects budget; chapter 53 of the laws of 1991, enacting the aid to localities budget; to amend the education law, in relation to making appropriations for the support of government and making certain technical corrections thereto Became a law August 7, 1992, with the approval of the Governor. The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows: Section 1. Section 1 of chapter 50 of the laws of 1992 enacting the state operations budget, as amended by chapter 53, section 7, of the laws of 1992, is amended by repealing the items hereinbelow set forth in brackets and by adding to such section the other items underscored in this section. STATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT OF AUDIT AND CONTROL in For payment according to the following schedule, including payment of not more than $30,000 for obligations curred prior to April 1, 1992: EXPLANATION-Matter in italics is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. For services and expenses of the senior colleges, programs and operations of the city university of New York for the period July 1, 1992 to March 31, 1993. In the event that for the city fiscal year beginning July 1, 1992 the senior college revenue offset is less than [$285,232,000] $284,298,000, the total operating budget for senior college approved programs and services will be reduced accordingly. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the schedule of positions filed by the city university shall establish the maximum number of positions for the city university in accordance with section 6206 of the education law. Fiduciary Funds City University of New York Senior College Operation Fund GENERAL OPERATING SCHEDULE ENERGY LUMP SUM Additional funds are available for energy lump sum for the period April 1, 1993 - June 30, 1993 Amount includes energy conservation savings of $49,400 of which, contingent upon documentation of said savings, no more than one-half shall be available as a supplement to campuses that have completed energy conservation projects pursuant to executive order 132 in accordance with the following sub-schedule.
