(b) Where the area in subsection (a) is bounded by any

12 street, such street, and any sidewalk thereof, shall be includ

(c)(1) Any Federal real property affronting or abutting,

15 as of the date of the enactment of this Act, the area described

16 in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be within such area.

17 (2) For the purposes of paragraph (1) Federal real prop18 erty affronting or abutting such area described in subsection

19 (a) shall

(A) be deemed to include, but not limited to, Fort

Lesley McNair, the Washington Navy Yard, the Ana

costia Naval Annex, the United States Naval Station,

Bolling Air Force Base, and the Naval Research Labo
