Mr. Speaker--The Committee of the Whole House have had under consideration H. B. No. 57, a bill for "An Act to regulate the sale of intoxicating drinks in Arizona," and instruct me to report the same back to the House and recommend its passage;

Also H. B. No. 40, a bill for an Act to reduce the number of members of the Live Stock Sanitary Commission, etc., and instruct me to report the same back to the House with the recommendation that its further consideration be postponed for one week;

Also H. B. No. 42, a bill for an Act to prevent cruelty to animals, etc., and instruct me to report the same back to the House with the recommendation that it be referred to the Committee on Live Stock;

Also H. B. No. 55, a bill for an Act concerning the issue of license for the sale of intoxicating liquors, etc., and instruct me to report the same back to the House with the recommendation that it do not pass.

Also H. B. No. 56, a bill for an Act concerning gaming and gambling, etc., and instruct me to report the same back to the House without recommendation;

Also H. B. No. 59. a bill for an Act concerning the sale of real estate under execution, etc., and instruct me to report the same back to the House and recommend that it pass;

Also H. B. No. 51, a bill for an Act concerning semi-annual payment of taxes, have made certain amendments thereto, and instruct me to report the same back to the House, and recommend its passage as amended;

Also Substitute H. B. No. 49, a bill for an Act concerning "Larceny," have made certain amendments thereto, and instruct me to report the same back to the House and recommend its passage as amended;

Also H. B. No. 65, a bill for an Act concerning trespass, and the impounding of animals, etc., have made certain amendments thereto, and instruct me to report the same back to the House and recommend that its further consideration be postponed for one week.

Mr. Speaker--Your Committee on Enrolled and Engrossed bills beg leave to report that they have examined H. B. No. 33, an Act to amend Act No. 105 Sixteenth Legislative Assembly, entitled: To protect the interest of live stock producers;

Also H. C. R. No. 11, relating to printing, and find same correctly engrossed.

Mr. Speaker-Your Committee on Territorial Affairs, to whom was referred H. B.
