Mr. President-I am directed by the House to inform the Council that it herewith returns H. B, No. 48, in compliance with request of Council. Also adopted. H. C. R. No. 14, regarding payment for printing of Biennial Reports Territorial Officers. Also that House has concurred in Council Amendments to House Bill No. 19.

C. B. No. 65, by Dunlap, relating to homesteads, and exemptions thereon, read the first time.

C. B. No. 66, by Dunlap, relating to Territorial Boards of Examiners, read the first time.

C. B. No. 67, by Nugent, relating to revenues, read first time and referred to Printing Committee, and 100 copies ordered printed.
