Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 9, by Senator Sims, was read first time in full as follows:

"SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 9

By Mr. Sims of Cochise County.

Resolved, By the Senate of the Sixth Legislature of the State of Arizona, the House of Representatives concurring, for the purpose of preserving the bills, records and data of the legislature after adjournment, and conserving for the use of the succeeding legislature all supplies and material unused, the State Law and Legislative Reference Librarian shall take charge of all effects, supplies and material upon final adjournment, and it shall be the duty of the Secretary of the State Senate and the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives to deliver and turn over to said librarian, at the close of the present session, taking his receipt therefor. It is further

Resolved, That for the purpose of safely caring for the
effects enumerated in the preceding paragraph that the Print-
ing Room of the State Senate be reserved and set aside by
the Custodian of the State Capitol, and the State Librarian
shall be the custodian thereof."

Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 9 was laid over one day.
